Frontpage 2003 Publish slow tranfer rate

hi,

Just switched from Fronpage 2002 to 2003. When I go to publish the
transfer rate is only 10/kbs. I have a high speed line and it used to
transfer at about 75kbs with Frontpage 2002. I am using the Frontpage
server option.

Any advice on how to speed the transfer arte is greatly appreciated,

After upgrading you need to publish the entire site, not just changed pages.
Also helps to use the standard fixes like deleting all .web and FP .tmp
files.
I would also run a recalculate hyperlinks.
 
Thanks I understand i may have MORE to download but why should the
transfer RATE be slower?

In otherwords it's behaving like a 56kbs modem instead of an ADSL
connection
