Frontpage 2003 problems

Until recently, I was using 2002. I had no problems with that - knew exactly
what to do. Now, I've got 2003, and I've got endless problems that thoroughly
confuse me. I can't seem to just upload selected pages, i.e. the ones I've
just changed. It just doesn't seem to work. When I try to upload everything,
it asks me questions I just don't know how to answer, like the file blah
exists on the destination site but not on the current website. Would you like
Frontpage to remove it from ftp://blah.

There are various files on the webhosting site I'm not allowed to remove,
which are to do with logs and counters etc, but I just don't know how to
deal with all this. Should I say No to all or yes to all? If I say no to all,
it doesn't seem to upload the modified pages. Or do I have to go through all
the files every time? I never had that with 2002, I don't think. Anyway, I
never had any problems uploading changed/modified pages before. But I think
I've just lost a page because I answered wrongly. Should I just delete all
the files and start again?

Somebody has paid me to put up this site, and I'm fast beginning to look
like a total idiot because I can't seem to sort out the problems. The
temporary address of the site is 82.110.105.25/alanleeshaw.co.uk/

Any help gratefully received. I'm tearing my hair out here!

Thanks.

First of all yes 2003 is not so hard to understand or play with and we do
have different functions added to it too. Only suggestion I can give you
right at this moment is, create a back up all the files before you take any
chances. Because, I have seen people getting into a lot of problems after
they switched to FP2K3 but there are plus side to it too. For that you'd have
to learn all the functions.

Create a backup then try uploading those files on your server and see if
they work.
