FrontPage 2003 - Office Pro 2002 - Office Update

I have Office Pro 2002 and Front Page 2003 running on Windows XP Pro - No
problem except Office Update wants to install a full suite of Office 2003
updates. This messed me up once so haven't updated for a while but the list
of security fixes etc is getting nervously longer. Most are identified as
Office common and I see both Office 2003 and Office 2002(XP).

How can I select appropriate updates or (based on an older post, possibly
reconfigure FrontPage)
