FrontPage 2003 "Installs" every time it's launched

I recently upgraded to FP2003. I worked with it for a day or two without any
problem. However, after having launched it 5 or 10 times during that time span,
it then started going through the final configuration/installation step every
time I launch it. It only takes about 5 seconds and then the application
performs normally so it's more of an annoyance than a hindrance. I uninstalled
it and reinstalled but it didn't help.

Has anyone experienced this problem?
Is it a FrontPage problem or a Windows XP Pro problem?

Do a reinstall or add components (custom), and see what components are set to not be installed

Thanks for the suggestions. I did a complete reinstall, including the FP2002
from which I upgraded, and I did a components install as well. Unfortunately,
the problem persists.

In fact, after doing the component install using the "repair installation"
option, the application launched, performed the final install routine, and
worked fine, as it has been. But on the next launch it indicated some components
were missing and I had to insert the CD. Again, it always ultimately runs just
fine but this is just goofy behavior. Oh well, I'll just have to live with it
for the time being.
