Windows XP FrontPage 2003 Error - Please Advise

I'm using FrontPage 2003 and I added a Photo Gallery to one of my pages. When I go to save it as index.html it pops up with this message:

"To save this page and photo gallery, open a FrontPage based website, and save the page to that site."

..I have no clue what that means or what to do. I really need this photo gallery on my site. Anyone please help?

firstly, please dont post the same message twice.

that meens that you must have a front page site set up, i cant remember how to do it but you just put all the details in like FTP and where the files are on your computer.

I dont understand... I do have a FrontPage site. I'm using FrontPage to make my webpages and then i save them to my computer and upload the file using SmartFTP...
