frontpage 2003 default charset

Hi, I just got a problem when I change the frontpage 2003 default charset.

I am using an English version of WinXP pro w/SP2, and using Simplified
Chinese for non-uncode language program.

However, it changed my default charset of FP2003 to GB3212 and I cannot
change it back to Enlgish in lauguage option of office tools.

Could someone help me?
