The first item is basically a design issue. Pages don't exactly shrink when
the browsing window is reduced or minimized. Instead, you have to design
them to be able to adapt to re-sizing. Often this requires using tables very
carefully. If you want a page to be able to expand or contract based on the
width of the browser, you set the table to be a percentage value for width.
If you want it to remain a constant size you would ensure it has a
particular pixel value, say 770 for a width to fit in an 800x600 window
allowing for a vertical scrollbar. When the browser is reduced in width it
should display a horizontal scrollbar.
As for number two, I forget if FP 2002 let's you do this (can't remember if
this feature was aadded in Fp 2002 or 2003) but if you select hyperlinked
text and click the underline button it should set the link to remove the
underline formatting. If not, you need to look at the properties of the
hyperlink and set a style so that the text-decoration option is set to none.
