frontpage 2002 works different under windows xp

I recently moved to a new Windows XP PC, after having used Frontpage 2002 on
a Windows 2000 PC. I have noticed that some things seem to work differently
under Win XP, such as Shared Borders. After much frustration I finally went
back to using Frontpage on the older Win2000 PC. Has anyone else noticed
this, or found a resolution for it.

Did you make sure that the compatibility settings were the same on the XP machine as they are on the
2000 machine??

Compatibility settings are not "transferred" with the web, they are stored in the machine that
created the web.
