frontpage 2002 fprgn1.inc issue with Office SP3

After applying Office 2002 SP3 Frontpage now creates
problems whenever an DB result set is added. _fpclass
directory file fprgn1.inc is the culprit. Gives the
message: "the operation failed. If this continues, please
contact your server administrator."

After some troubleshooting I tracked the issue down to
replacing C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10
\fpclass\fprgn1.inc with a known good version.

Please chime in if anybody else has seen this issue and
whether there is a more elegant solution.

Yes (although I wasn't aware this was a problem with FrontPage 2002 - I
thought it was only with FrontPage 2003:

There is another solution (at least for FrontPage 2003), but it's not
