Frontpage 2002 crashes

After loading IE6 SP1, Frontpage 2002 running on win98se crashes. When I check the error report it hads a problem with inetadpt.dll. I have uninstalled frontpage and reinstalled it and the same thing happens. Some files will open and others will cause fp to crash. Trying to upload files will always crash. Ie will not uninstall
