FrontPage 2000 - Tables & Browsers

I am working on creating a website and one of my tables appears fine in
Firefox and Safari but is off with IE7. The website URL is:

http://www.newhollandrochester.com/hardesty_test.htm

I have specified the height in pixels to the size it should be but there is
still unnecessary spacing. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to fix this?
Thanks!

Using specified height is not recommend, as it can render poorly in some
browsers.

That's what I thought. I didn't specify the height until I noticed that it
was spacing it as shown hoping that it would fix the problem. Any ideas on
what I'm doing wrong?

Your nav button graphics are all different heights Home is 70px, next one is
68px, another is 62px...that could be causing problem.
