Frontpage 2000 did reinstall of OS and FP is gone can't find disc

I "had" Frontpage 2000 with a disc for FP 2002 upgrade. I had to reinstall
my Operating System and lost my frontpage. I can't install the upgrade
without first having the original version. I have my Serial #'s for both,
but I don't know how to get a free download of 2000. Any suggestions? I've
already purchased it once and the upgrade. I'd rather not have to buy
another version.

You won't be able to get a free download or any version of FP
Contact MS to see if they will replace your lost FP 2000 CD
