Frontpage 2000 Cannot Update Database

I am using Frontpage that is in a form style to enter in information
and send it to a MS Access database. However, when I try to submit the
information from the web I get a cannot update database eventhough I
have Admin permissions. Subsequently, when I look at the options for
the database connection, I try to "Update Database" and I get an error
"An error ocurred accessing your FrontPage web files. Authors -if
authoring against a web server, please contact the webmaster for this
server's site. WebMasters - please see the server's system log for
more details." Can anyone decipher what this means? Then I get the
cannot update database dialog box.

On a side note, if I put all the files on my harddrive, I am able to
use the files without any issues.

Did you publish the files to a Windows IIS web server that has the FP extensions via FP's http mode?

In Internet Explorer try going to Tools, Internet Options, Advanced and
un-check show friendly error messages and see if you get a different error.
