have a chieftec case with 6 5.25 bays, currently using...

coolermaster3 hdd cooler
vantec nexus W-Force (with front usb)
Thermal take PSU fan speee controller
DVD-ROM/CD-RW combo drive
DVD-RW

I am hoping to find a front audio panel to take up the spare bay, I am using
an Abit AN7 motherboard if that holds any relevence, maybe it isnt possible
to connect an audio panel to the front of the CPU

basically a panel with a headphone socket and a mic socket that will take up
a 5.25 bay. seems so little to take up so much but any pointers would be
appreciated

thanks

Whenever I saw an audio out panel, it always comes with USB and firewire.
If you want some really fancy audio panels, you could try creative
livedrive. I also wonder if there're audio front panels that give LED peak
meters, kinda like the car audio panels.

Front panel LCD- take a look at the 634 from:
www.crystalfontz.com

I'm using one...the software that comes with it will monitor e-mail, a ton
of computer info (memory, temps, fan speeds, etc), and interfaces with
Winamp. Even interfaces with a few games to show frags, etc.

I am actually searching for that myself. Most gears offered aren't black.
And I need mine black and don't plan to paint any.
