Where do the deleted files go in Front Page , they do not go to the recycle bin
 
They go - forever.
When FrontPage deletes a file, it stays deleted. If you have an
undelete utility that is already installed and works under Windows,
it may be possible to recover the file, but unlikely otherwise.
 
They just simply go away.
In computer terms they are "Killed."
When a file is Killed it is deleted and not sent to the Recycle Bin.

The reason FrontPage kills files is because domain accounts on servers don't have Recycle
Bins that can be accessed via the file system.
