As in an HTML newsletter?.....you'd be better designing a web site, then sending
emails with a link to the site.

I publish AnyFrontPage Ezine using yahoo groups in TEXT format, it's much
safer using a third party. I put the ezine in HTML on the site
http://anyfrontpage.com Other's send out an email to their members with a
link to the site. Personally I prefer to receive my ezines in my mail, and
go to the site when I need to... I also prefer them (and any other emails)
in text format for obvious reasons .... so that's why I do it that way. You
can make your ezine in FrontPage (html) and then send it via email I'd talk
with your isp though .. sending bulk emails will frowned on unless they know
about it first ... you avoid all those legal problems by using a third party
and have a lot of other features besides you can do it for free or pay for
it.. though again your still responsible for a lot more if your paying for
it. Being part of a large group like yahoo gets you more in exposure through
their directory too....

let me know if this helps
