front page swf

Why when I add some file with extension swf in my site the bar of tools of
the ie blocks him/it and the one of other sites don't happen that. I use the
frontepage 2003
 
Not a FP issue, a swf (flash) requires ActiveX in IE, and user running Windows XP SP2 will see the
blocking message unless they change their security settings.
