front page refresh ?

After publishing to my host - I notice that after upgrading to fp 2003 - it
no longer shows my updates unless I right click and go all the way down to
Refresh WITH FULL QUALITY - which is a pain - is there a way to tell fp2003
or IE (XP PRO) to automatically show new updated pages?

Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options,
General Tab, Temporary Internet files section >
Settings:
Under "Check for newer versions of stored pages"
check the box "every visit to the page"
Click Ok and then Apply.
Close and reopen IE
