Front Page photo gallery

Does anyone know how to get rid of lines around pictures in photo gallery web
pages. They look like table cells that can be modified; it will not allow me
to add or remove or edit any pictures at all.

Right click an image, select picture properties and set the border to zero.

no luck Steve. The dotted lines appear to be table cells of some sort. I
tried reinstalling Front Page thinking this was a bug but the problem came
back. Right clicking on a picture only activates a cell as if it were in
table with rows and cells to be edited. It does not black out for editing as
it normally would and there is no Photo Gallery properties command visible.
All the web pages have this problem
but my back up web file does not, nor does my site at Visuals2Graphics.com.
I`m thinking some command is turned on but can`t figure out which one.
Incidentaly I composed another new page with pictures and photo gallery
worked just fine.?????
