front page newsletters

we have produced a newletter using front page however cannot find any info on
HOW TO MAIL IT using outlook or a program we have called Group Mail Pro by
Infacta.

You'd need to create the newsletter within Outlook itself (or Outlook
express). In design view in FP, select the whole page, copy and paste into
a new message in OE.

Be aware you have to have absolute URLs to your images and links etc, since
they won't be embedded with the message the recipient gets otherwise you'll
just get the "missing images" box with the red "X".

Also be aware that many people do not use email readers capable of viewing
html messages; I'd provide a link to your actual web site with the news
letter as well, for the benefit of those without html email readers.

One last thing, some people may block html content or images in their email
reader via their firewall or other security programs.
