front page database error

first timer making database on local server. I am receiving an error when
creating a data submission database site.

Error indicates information not avaliable when submitted. database and ODBC
are set properly (according to the help guide).

records can be seen in the database file itself but does not show up in the
browser. running 2002 FP extentions on the server.

anything else i need to check or am missing something?

What OS?
What version of FrontPage?
What kind and version of database?
What is the exact text of the message?
