Front Page 98 compatability with Windows XP

Im not sure I understand. Do I need to purchase the new version of Front Page
or can I download an upgrade for free
 
You have to purchase it, you can either purchase an upgrade version, (but will require you to always
keep your FP98 version) or you can purchase a full version. FP98 doesn't need to be installed, but
the FP98 CD will be required during the install of the upgrade version.
