Front Page 2004 or 2005?

I am using Front Page 2002. I see that in Front Page 2003 it has a more
advanced create buttons utility under web components. Is it worth buying
2003 and do you know when the next version will be released?
 
2003 is current version...no word on anything new yet...not even rumors.
