Front page 2002 and Access DB works in Stage not in Prod

Okay....

I have beaten my head agains the wall along with our other "expert" on
this.

Here is the scenario.

1. Set up form and built Access mdb using wizard in FP staging
environment.
2. Test form and everything works fine here data in MDB as expected.
3. Publish to our Production server (still Intranet so no proxy
issues)
4. Enter data into form to test it.
5. Front Page default confirm page indicates that insert went through
fine.
6. Open the actual database and no new information is in the database.

We have even deleted and rebuilt the database right there in
production and same problem.

Checked settings in .asa no problems there either. Also did manual
connection rebuild from Options screen. NO GO....at the end of the
line here...

Are there permissions we are missing somewhere. Has anyone else seen
this?

Does the <IUSER_Machinename> account on the server have read/write on the fpdb folder and the
database on the production server?
