frome notepad to access

dear members anyone out there that has knowledge on micro. access
my problem is this i have a lot of data on my notepad I.e. computer
in a form of labels my problem began when i tried to copy/paste
paste special/merge to access even tried first with word/excel
but the problem begins with access since it has its own properties
any help will be greatly appri it seems my only recourse is to
copy to word and split cells and copy to access put it takes
very long any answer will be appreciated alex

Knowing the actual format of the data would be helpful.

I am going to guess that you can get all the data into a format like

Original:
Joseph E Meehan
123 Main
St Big City OK 12345

Tom Smith
235 South Ave
Boston MA 45874

Change to:
Joseph E Meehan 123 Main St Big City OK 12345
Tom Smith 235 South Ave Boston MA 45874

Then Change to
Joseph, E ,Meehan, 123 Main St, Big City, OK, 12345
Tom,, Smith, 235 South Ave, Boston, MA ,45874

(note the comma placement may need adjusting.)

That will make importing into MS Access easy using the Import Wizard.
