When I compose a new e mail i want to print a copy of the e mail before i
send it. However whern I do this the to from and subject fields don't appear
on the printed page just the body of the message

That's a side effect of using Word as your email editor. Either turn that feature off in Tools | Options | Mail Format or wait to print until after you send the item and it lands in your Sent Items folder.

Sue,

Thank you for this. I was nearly there myself but just couldn't quite make
the link. Thanks again

Gordon,

Good question. I can't divulge the reason exactly but can we leave it that
technology is a scary subject with for some. Thanks
