From processing error

The following error occurs when I fill out a simple contact form.

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access
/_vti_bin/shtml.exe/catalog/mail_catalog.htm on this server.

I have asked my Hosting guy and he does not know what the problem is - says
there is no such directory on my site.

Any Help appreciated.

If you are trying to write to a page (mail_catalog.htm) the page must be in a folder w/ write permissions - by default that is the
_private folder
