From PC to Mobile

How do I "sync" or whatever it is I need to do to get my pc email on my pda?
I use windows mail for email and have a t mobile wing pda.

I tried to use the mobile device program, but when it was time to select
the programs to sync, nothing was available to select. They had a not
installed message.

Can't be synced to Windows Mail, you need Outlook.

....and Outlook is normally supplied on CD with your PDA for just this
reason.

Gmail via the web interface? I don't know. I don't use either gmail or a pda.
You might check the gmail help files and/or gmail forums.
