From field when multi address in exchange

Help

My client has multiple smtp email address in exchange. They want to be able
to select which email dress they want to respond to am email via one of their
alternate address...

Please advise...

They don't see the "Account..." button underneath the Send button in a new
mail message form? That's where they would choose a different sending
account.
