From field does not print when printing email from Sent items fold

I have a couple of users who have this problem occur randomly. They print
emails from the Sent folder and randomly the From field does not show on the
printed email. They can print emails of the same format (HTML, Rich or
Plain) to the same user and sometimes it will print the info, sometimes it
will not. Thanks for any help.

This sometimes happens when you have IE7 installed on Windows XP. I haven't
come across it myself yet so I don't know a cure (if there is one already)
or cause.
