fresh re-install

I have a store baught CD from a few years ago (windows XP
Home "upgrade") and I still have the packaging and CD Key,
but I have no idea where my old win98 cd is. I remember
when I first installed XP I needed it. This is the
upgrade. Is there a way to do a fresh re-instalation
without the old win98 cd.

I plan to format my C: drive for a fresh installation.

Thanks in advance for any help.
 
Who still has an old win98 cd. I think my dog used it as
a chew toy in 2002.
