Fresh install on a Laptop

I have a DELL Latitude no CD or floppy. Need to fresh install XP but it
won't start from a USB CD drive or even PCMCIA CD drive. The boot sequence
in BIOS is set as 'Removable drive", "ATAPI CD" and then "Internal HDD".
However still no luck.

Need advice, I appreciate your help

Have a look at your manual. Many Dell PCs and laptops require
you to press a certain key at startup time in order to restore the
machine to factory condition.
