Hi all,
I run Windows XP Home Edition and just about every time I am
searching the internet I get frequent crashing and have message that keeps
saying, this program needs to close and to submit an error report. It used
to have not so often but is frequently happens all the time, it is very
annoying as I have checked my cookies settings and cleared up my hard drive
to try and prevent this problem, many times using system restore also.
Please can anyone offer advice I am a woman in need.
Svetlana

Can you think of any reason why your computer might be doing this? Any ideas
at all? Were any changes made to your hardware or software? Could your
computer be infected with viruses or spyware?

Without any clues about what might be causing these problems, your only way
out is a reinstall (or hiring a technician to examine your computer).

Dear Svetlana,
I had the same problem and run some free software - Microsof
Antispyware Try i

Look In Event Viewer for recent copies of Error Reports in the System
and Application sections and post copies here.

You can access Event Viewer by selecting Start, Administrative Tools,
Event Viewer.
When researching the meaning of the error, information regarding Event
ID, Source
and Description are important.

HOW TO: View and Manage Event Logs in Event Viewer in Windows XP
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;308427&Product=winxp

A tip for posting copies of Error Reports! Run Event Viewer and double
click on the
error you want to copy. In the window, which appears is a button
resembling two
pages. Double click the button and close Event Viewer. Now start your
message
(email) and do a paste into the body of the message. This will paste the
info from the
Event Viewer Error Report complete with links into the message. Make
sure this is
the first paste after exiting from Event Viewer.
