frequent system crash

My computer is a compaq presario 1500, partition C (OS) and D (applications), . I got frequent system crash (blue screen) while on internet using IE explorer. I have tryed different options of solution but nothing work. I already checked memory, viruses, repair Xp installation, compatible drivers and finally I went to an HP support center to have an expert opinion and they told me that my PC is fine. But I am still experiencing the frequent system crashes.
Information from Visor:
-Error del Servicio de instantáneas de volumen: error inesperado al llamar a la rutina IEventSystem::Query. HR = 0x80040155.
-Error de lectura del registro USN para el volumen NTFS c:, código de error 0xC000003E.
-NTFS error La estructura del archivo sistema en el disco está dañada e inutilizable
-System error:Código de error 0000000a, parámetro 1 61436d63, parámetro 2 00000002, parámetro 3 00000000, parámetro 4 804f442a
-Error CI service El índice de contenido en d:\system volume information\catalog.wci está dañado. Cierre y reinicie el Servicio de Index Server (cisvc).

To troubleshoot such issues, you should attempt to discover when the
problems started. What changes have been made (eg: Hardware added, software,
etc.). When was the last time things were normal? If you can determine a
possible suspect, possibly attempt a system restore. Double check all
drivers, and be absolutely certain they are the latest. If you have updated
any drivers before the issues, possibly you need to roll back the drivers
for that item, to test. Run a memory diagnostics program to test Ram.
(However, I had a problem that diagnostics found no errors, BUT, when
replacing the ram, the problem was solved-so tests are not always
conclusive). In your case I would NOT rule out a driver problem.
