Freq. blue screens

I have done a clean install of XP pro after many conflicts, most with my old hardware, most seemily resolved now--new device drivers, new graphics card. All drivers updated. Still I crash all the time. Messages include PFN_LIST_CORRUPT and some IRQL conflict. THen it boots and I run happily for 2 hours. Then back to the cycle of crashes. IE 6 likes to shutdown almost at random too.
