french dictionary

How can i install a french dictionary for my office 2000, so that i use it to spell check my documents in french, do i need to download any sofware.

The English version of Office 2000 comes with French and Spanish lexicons in
addition to English. Set the language of the text to French (Tools |
Language | Set Language), and the French spelling checker will be used.

Hi Suzanne,

The English version of Office 2000 comes with French and Spanish lexicons in
addition to English. Set the language of the text to French (Tools |
Language | Set Language), and the French spelling checker will be used.

The user may need to install it first, however. And activate French in
Microsoft Office Language Tools.
