Freezing Frontpage, Wont fix

Hello everyone,
I am using frontpage 2003 and it has been working fine for past few months.
Well I run a site airqualitystore.net and had been using the same link bar
style throughout the site the whole time, well once i changed the style of
link bar i got freezing problems. Im working on the site off the server, but
when i change the style of link then try to save it will freeze. Somehow I
got it to stop doing that by changing it back to the original style of link
bar, but now I HAVE to change it. And now that i tried to change it again it
is freezing so i can basically do nothing on the site.
I had posted about this in another thread and tried some things out that
were reffered to me, like repairing/reinstalling frontpage, deleting all FP
Temp Files (Not sure if i even found/deleted ALL of them), I was said to
delete all "hidden *.web files" but have no idea where they are located, was
also told to delete a file "CMDUI.PRF" but have no idea where it is and cant
find it using windows explorer search. Im not running any addins. Any Help
is greatly appreciated as Im not wanting to spend 100 dollars to get tech
support just cause microsofts own prog is fecked up lol. thanx in advance

Copy and paste the following file paths into either Start > Run or the IE address bar and click Go
or OK as appropriate.

cmdui.prf will be found here:

%UserProfile%\Application Data\Microsoft\FrontPage\State

The FrontPage temp files will be found here:

%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\FrontPageTempDir

With FrontPage closed,the FrontPageTempDir should be totaly empty, no files, no folders, NADA
Delete any thing and everythng it contains.

I just checked the source for your homepage.

You have some serious coding issues, as the are dozens of these in the source:

<xml><o:shapedefaults v:ext="edit" spidmax="1027"/>
</xml><![endif]-->
<!--[if gte mso 9]>
<xml><o:shapedefaults v:ext="edit" spidmax="1027"/>
</xml><![endif]-->
<!--[if gte mso 9]>
<xml><o:shapedefaults v:ext="edit" spidmax="1027"/>
</xml><![endif]-->
<!--[if gte mso 9]>
<xml><o:shapedefaults v:ext="edit" spidmax="1027"/>
</xml><![endif]-->
<!--[if gte mso 9]>
<xml><o:shapedefaults v:ext="edit" spidmax="1027"/>
</xml><![endif]-->

Also, it appears you have used the space bar to position content, because of all of these:

p>           &nbsp:

     &nbsp

I would strongly recommend that you start a new page, copy your text and images into it and then
start working on the link bars.

Also I noticed your logo is wordart. It will not display in all browsers. Take a screenshot of it
and convert it to an image and then use the image.

How can i get rid of all that extra code, iot seems frontpage put all of that
stuff in itself. I have left pretty much all the code intact from how
frontpage uses it. But if i want my text a certain way I have to use the
space bar dont I? Or should i put EVERYTHING in layers?

You should use tables to separate or align text

All that xml tagging is from your word/shape art
- remove the word/shape art and use images
