Freezing authorizing email

I have been running windows mail for some time. After being idol today for
about 4 hours, I now get this message. No email is being received.
Account: 'Comcast', Server: 'mail.comcast.net', Protocol: POP3, Server
Response: '-ERR internal server error', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server
Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92
 
That message means Comcast's email server is having an internal problem.
You might want to contact their Customer Support folks and tell them they
have a server problem.
