Hello
I am having many problems with my system which may be
related to a singular issue ? I am running Win 2000 Pro
on a Dell Inspiron laptop, P3 1.2 Gig with 384 mb RAM.
All applications and windows freeze up intermittently,
the system is very slow to both boot and shutdown, in task
manager, while downloading software I notice that CPU
performance averages 50% at best. There is an error
message at start up : mqsvc.exe-entry point not found.
I have defragmented the HD frequently. Any help and
assistance is well appreciated.
