Freeze titles.

Can anyone tell me how to freeze titles in an Excel 7.0 spreadsheet?
Question was on a Windows 95 Skills Evaluation test and I skipped it.

Window>Freeze Panes - for viewing
File>Page Setup...>Sheet>Rows to repeat at top/Columns to repeat at left -
for printing
