Freeze Multiple Rows

I want to freeze my 1st row (ex:Column Headings) and last row (ex:Column
Totals) of my worksheet so they are always in view - Is this possible?

Any suggestions?

Not possible. You can freeze rows/columns only on the top and on the
left. You can't freeze on the right or bottom.

With a little vertical thinking ! A possible workround:
Insert a blank row under your 1st row (which then becomes row 2)
place a simple formula in each cell of row 2 linking to your last row (e.g.
=A50)
Then freeze the first two rows.
Hence you will always be able to see your Headings and Totals.
Hope this helps
