Freeze buttons?

Is there a way to make buttons (I created these with the
Forms toolbar) in Excel not to be influenced by vertical
and horizontal scroll bars?

I have created a list of buttons on my spreadsheet that I
would like to "dock" at a particular location on the sheet
so I can access them while scrolling up, down or
horizontally in the sheet. The problem I have is when I
scroll down, the buttons disappear since they are attached
to cells. I have about a 1000 rows, so it is hard to
scroll up again to access these buttons.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You can't freeze buttons, but you can freeze panes below & to the right so
the buttons will always show. Select a row below your buttons, then use
Window/Freeze Panes
