I'll be go to hell! I tried it on alt.test, kept posting the previous sig too in replies. Maybe it's just my old OE QuoteFix that isn't doing it for me. Guess my fix was OK then :)

I didn't know that. Now, I finally understand why so much has been
said about something that seems so trivial. Agent was removing what
others had to clip manually from sigs that are not up to snuff.

How does one set Agent to ignore sigs? Thanks in advance.

You can't. The discussion was about a newsreader's ability to strip a
sig when replying to a post.
