Freeware videoconferencing

I would like to videoconference with my daughter, She runs Windows ME and I
run XP Home. Is there some freeware that we can use to see and talk to each
other?

We have been using Netmeeting.

FWIW. There's a free beta from LoGRoSS, a Russian server, called
Internet Relay Web Cam. They are new. Has had adult content. Fast
server. Slow download. Excellent interface.

As far as I can tell there is no spyware/adware in the latest version I am
using (2.97)

At least Spybot doesn't show anything
