I was wondering if anyone knew of any good freeware todo list managers
or PIM programs that will allow you to keep a todo list for different
days. Thanks in advance.

Not sure if this is quite what you want but on my site there is a ToDo
program that sits on the desktop (it uses active desktop and it is a
web page). You get a calendar, with uk holidays, your holidays, a
Todo list with check boxes (tick and its gone) and a reminder list
that looks 7, 14 or 28 days in advance and tells you what's coming,
i.e. 5 days to pay visa bill. These can set to repeat so each month
on the same day you will get the same reminder. Basically when you
tick these they increment by the month count so pay tax would be a 12
month repeat for example.
