Freeware to write and draw on the desktop

Hi,

is there any free program for writing and drawing on the desktop and inside
a window ?

you can do this in any program. MSPAINT is in windows. Just create a
..bmp image in MSPAINT and then right click on your desktop and use that
image you created as the background.

The bigger you make your original image Up to the actual size of your
desktop (800x600) or (1024x768) or whatever you use the most fully and
accurately the drawing will fit and fill the desktop.

If you make the drawing small as in 80x60 you'll have 10 repeating
images of the drawing you made on your desktop. That could be cool.

That's the easiest way I can think of to start.
