freeware to read outlook 2003 pst file

I need something to read an outlook.pst file, created with outlook
2003.

I can not do this with thunderbird, or pstread.

Please note: the outlook 2003 format is completely different than
previous versions of outlook. It uses Unicode, not ANSI.
