Freeware to organize windows / remap alt-tab

Hi all,

I am looking for two kinds of feature :

1) the ability to organize all opened windows in a mosaic mode

2) the ability to remap the alt-tab keystroke to another single-key
keystroke.

used:

applications/windows. This feature has been in Windows since Windows

You simply do that the taskbar properties :
Start / Right click / Properties / Taskbar / Hide inactive icons and
Personnalize

Thanks a lot. TaskSwitchXP Pro is very configurable and enables to
choose another keystroke setting than the default alt-tab : all I was
looking for.
