For the system-wide folder icons, go to its Folders screen. To change
the icon for an individual folder, go to its Directories screen and
change from there. Folder icons often do not show up as changed until
after you reboot.




(don't live at a com or net - address listed is altered)
 
Your computer may already have , that comes with your OS.
Right click on that folder/choose properties/change icons
 
To change individual folder icons, there's Nirext, which is really
tiny:

you right-click on a folder in your file system. It allows you change
the icon of any folder you want, and change the text that appears when
the mouse cursor moves over the folder.
