Freeware Search?

I have produced a few separate HTML documents and want to send them to
friends.

I would like to provide a search facility so that the documents can be
searched across. I'd prefer something 'simple' i.e. something that doesn't
require an SQL or Access database setting up first.

Any ideas other than using the search contained withing Windows Explorer?
